1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and purchasing a license on the Aphasia Exercises platform (aphasia-exercises.netlify.app), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Scope

Aphasia Exercises is a generator of speech therapy materials, specifically worksheets for patients with aphasia. The PRO license offers extended features, such as unlimited page generation, clinic name branding, and removing the watermark.

3. Payments and Licensing

Payment is processed exclusively in cryptocurrencies (USDT) via the Base network, using third-party providers such as MoonPay or direct transfer.
The transfer address must be accurately copied. We are not responsible for funds sent to another address or on a wrong network (e.g., Binance Smart Chain, Ethereum Mainnet, etc.).
Licenses are granted for a fixed period (monthly or yearly), depending on the purchased plan.
Once purchased, the digital license grants immediate access (or up to 24h) to premium features.

4. Refund Policy

Given the irrevocable nature of digital goods, refunds are not possible after the license code has been issued and emailed. Please review the free tiered functionality carefully before upgrading to PRO.

5. Copyright and Copying

The materials (worksheets) generated using the platform belong to you and can be used in your work with patients (commercial usage rights). It is strictly forbidden to copy the source code, platform design, and resell the software itself as a standalone product.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aphasia Exercises is a tool intended to assist speech therapy. We assume no responsibility for the medical progress of patients; these materials should be used under the supervision or recommendation of a specialist.
